BEST PREMIUM ADJUSTABLE LIGHT

Snapshot:

How To Buy: Lumens.com Cutsheet: Lucifer Cylinder CY1 Dimmer Recommended By Manufacturer: Lutron DVCL 253P Color Rendering (CRI): 90+ (never buy LEDs that have a score less than 90). A score of 80 is actually worse than fluorescent lighting. Color Temperature: 2700K, 3000K Lumens: 915 Wattage: 16 Power Supply/Driver: Included with light. Indoor/Outdoor: Approved for indoor locations, and wet listed for exterior locations when mounted to underside of soffits and eaves and the adjustability is locked. Saving Cost: Changing to a less costly adjustable light can be an effective strategy to reduce project cost, however there are fewer finish options.

Tips for Using This Light on Your Project | BEST PREMIUM ADJUSTABLE LIGHT:

Dimming:

All dimmers are not created equal. Flickering and buzzing can often be traced back to using a dimmer that isn’t compatible with the LED, or to connecting too many LEDs to a single dimmer. Quality lighting manufacturers often publish literature on which dimmer lines can be used with their LED light fixture. This particular light manufacturer lists out acceptable dimmer types in the cutsheet on page 7. For my projects I like to use Lutron dimmers. Note: It is always worthwhile budgeting for quality dimmers that are compatible with the LED you have chosen.
