BEST MINIMALIST EXTERIOR SCONCE
How To Buy: Lumens.com Cutsheet: Lucifer Cylinder LED Wall Sconce Dimmer Recommended By Manufacturer: Lutron Diva DVELV-303P Color Rendering: 90+ (never buy LEDs that have a score less than 90). A score of 80 is actually worse than fluorescent lighting. Color Temperature: Warm Dim (1800K-2700K), 2700K, 3000K. I don't recommend 3500K or 4000K for residential projects. Lumens: 1047 Wattage: 16 Power Supply/Driver: The driver is built into the light fixture itself. Indoor/Outdoor: Approved for indoor and outdoor (wet) locations where the light won't be submerged in water. Saving Cost: Changing to a less costly sconce can be a strategy for saving cost.

Tips for Using This Light on Your Project | BEST MINIMALIST EXTERIOR SCONCE:

Dimming:

All dimmers are not created equal. Flickering and buzzing can often be traced back to using a dimmer that isn’t compatible with the LED, or to connecting too many LEDs to a single dimmer. Quality lighting manufacturers often publish literature on which dimmer lines can be used with their LED light fixture. This particular light manufacturer has published a dimming compatibility report on page 6 of the cutsheet. From this list, I like to use Lutron ELV dimmers on my projects. It is always worthwhile budgeting for quality dimmers that are compatible with the LED you have chosen.

Value Engineering & Alternates:

Changing to a less costly sconce from WAC lighting can be a strategy for saving cost.
